Every Kawaaico order ships with free tracking. Enter your order number or tracking number on our tracking page to see exactly where your squishies are.
Where do I find my order or tracking number?
Your order number (starting with #) is in your order confirmation email. Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
My tracking isn't showing anything yet
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days, and tracking can take another 1–3 days to show its first update after your parcel is handed to the carrier. That's normal, so if you've just ordered, check back in a couple of days.
My tracking hasn't moved in a while
International parcels can go quiet while they travel between countries and clear customs. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.
My parcel says delivered, but I can't find it
Check around your door, mailbox, with neighbours and at your local post office. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days and we'll help sort it out.
