Processing time

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email support@therootstead.com and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows no movement for [15] business days, or your package never arrives, we'll reship your order or give you a full refund. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always try to help.
Taxes and duties
